Server calendar

The server calendar answers “When does everyone have time?”. yurna posts a panel with two select menus: weekdays and times of day (morning, midday, evening). The panel immediately shows how many members can make it on which day and at which time – with the first names, the rest as “+N”.

In the dashboard#

1. Open Server calendar in the dashboard (/dashboard/<server>/server-kalender) and click Create calendar.
2. Enter name, channel, title and text of the panel.
3. Under Options, choose which weekdays and times of day appear in the panel.
4. Optional: Reset every week clears all entries every Monday at 00:00 (UTC).
5. Click Save & post panel. yurna applies changes to a posted calendar to the panel right away.

How members use it#

• Pick days in the first menu and times of day in the second – several at once.
• A new choice replaces the old one. Clear my choice removes all of your entries.
• yurna briefly confirms every choice, visible only to you.

By command#

You create calendars in the dashboard. Members use the panel right in Discord – no command needed.

Common questions#

Why doesn’t the menu show what I picked? Discord menus look the same for everyone. Your choice is in the confirmation and among the names in the panel.

What happens when I delete it? The calendar, the entries and the panel message are removed.
