Right of Withdrawal

This policy applies to consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)) who take out a paid Premium subscription. Free use of the bot is not a contract within the meaning of this policy.

It applies equally to Pokémon packages (user subscriptions for the Pokémon bot). In the model form, state the package and your Discord ID instead of the server ID.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The Premium subscription is activated immediately after the contract is concluded. By placing the order, you expressly agree that the operator begins performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires as soon as the operator has fully performed the service (Section 356(4) BGB). Insofar as the subscription includes digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 356(5) BGB when performance begins, provided that you have expressly consented to this, acknowledged the loss of the right and the operator has provided you with this confirmation.

Until full performance – i.e. within a current billing period – you can withdraw within the fourteen-day period; in this case, the portion of the period already used is charged pro rata as described above.

Note: Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel the subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, see Cancellation.
