Cancel Premium Subscription

Here you can cancel your paid yurna Premium subscription (Halbmond or Vollmond). You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period (month or year); until then, the Premium functions remain active for your server. No reason is required.

Option 1: In the customer portal

The quickest way is via the dashboard. Sign in, select the server with the subscription and open the customer portal there:

Server → Premium → “Manage subscription”

In Stripe's customer portal, click “Cancel subscription” and confirm the cancellation. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the date on which the subscription ends.

Option 2: By email

You can also cancel by email. So that the cancellation can be clearly assigned, please state:

• your Discord username and your Discord user ID,
• the server ID of the server the subscription is for,
• the desired date (end of the current billing period or a later date),
• for termination for good cause, the reason.

The button opens your email program with the subject “yurna Premium cancellation” and a template. Alternatively, write directly to [E-Mail-Adresse]. You will receive a confirmation of receipt and of the termination date by email.

What happens after cancellation

• The subscription continues until the end of the period already paid for and is not charged again.
• After that, the server automatically falls back to the free “Neumond” plan; settings are kept, Premium functions are deactivated.
• Your data is not deleted by the cancellation. You can request deletion separately, see privacy policy.
