The European Commission provided a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; this platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
The operator is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
