Pricing, dashboard access, cooldowns, the command list, embed colour, reporting bugs and your data – answered briefly.

DashboardTroubleshooting

Here are answers to the questions that come up again and again. Permissions, missing commands and ping roles have their own pages (see below).

Is yurna free?#

Yes. The base plan New Moon costs nothing and includes most features. The Half Moon and Full Moon plans raise limits and unlock extra features – such as flows, a custom bot profile, longer server log retention or more ticket categories. A plan always applies to one server. See Plans for details.

Why don't I see my server in the dashboard?#

Two things have to be true:

  1. You need the "Manage Server" or "Administrator" permission on the server. Which roles have it is listed under Dashboard → Server → Settings → Dashboard Access.
  2. yurna has to be on the server. If it isn't, invite it first.

If you only just got the permission, log out of the dashboard and back in once.

What does "Slow down!" mean?#

Every command has a short per-person cooldown, between 2 and 10 seconds. yurna tells you the remaining time in the message. /help with a command name shows that command's cooldown.

What does "Command disabled" mean?#

Someone has turned the command or its whole category off under Dashboard → Modules & commands → Commands. People who manage the server can turn it back on there. See Commands don't show up.

Where do I find all commands?#

  • In Discord: /help lists all commands by category. With a command or category name in query you get details on usage, category and cooldown.
  • On the web: the command list on yurna.info under Commands.
  • In the dashboard: Modules & commands → Commands shows every command with its options.

How do I change the embed colour?#

Under Dashboard → Server → Settings → Default Embed Color. The colour applies to the embeds yurna sends on your server. Colours for individual modules (the welcome message, for example) are set in that module.

yurna replies "An error occurred while running the command"#

That's a temporary error. Try again after a moment. If it keeps happening, check the permissions with /permissions first, and otherwise report the bug to the team (see below).

How do I report a bug or make a suggestion?#

  • /bugreport gives you a template: what did you do, what did you expect, what happened, and where (bot or dashboard)?
  • /suggestion sends the yurna team a suggestion through an input form.
  • /contact takes you to the contact page and the support server.

How do I get my data or have it deleted?#

Under Profile → Download data you get your data as a JSON file; under Dashboard → Server → Settings → Download data you get a server's data. Deletions work by request – see Having your data deleted.

Note

Removing yurna from a server does not delete the server's data. You need a deletion request for that.
