Etsy: news from your shop in a channel
yurna posts new listings, price drops, shop announcements and, if you like, orders of an Etsy shop as embeds in your channels.
With the Etsy module, yurna posts news from an Etsy shop to your channels: new listings, price drops, shop announcements and – if you connect your shop – orders.
Note
The Etsy module is in a testing phase and not enabled for every server yet. If the page shows “Etsy module coming soon”, you can't set it up on this server yet.
In the dashboard#
- Open Dashboard → Content & automations → Etsy (
/dashboard/<server>/etsy). - Under Shops, pick a way:
- Connect with Etsy – for shop owners. You log in at Etsy and give yurna read access. Only this way can orders be posted.
- Follow publicly only – for fans or without an Etsy account. Enter the shop name and click Follow. yurna posts new listings, price drops and shop announcements, but no orders.
- Under Posts for <shop>, pick a channel for each event, plus ping roles, a link button and a custom embed if you like.
- Save. The preview shows the post with example values.
yurna checks public shop data regularly; posts via webhook arrive instantly.
Which events there are#

Tip
Order posts show items, quantity and total – never name, address or email. Still, they're best kept in a private channel that only you or your team can see.

By command#
You connect or follow the shop in the dashboard (for orders, the shop owner signs in on Etsy there) – /shop status links to the page. The posts can also be set up in Discord with /shop etsy:

You need "Manage Server". Options you leave out stay unchanged.
Common questions#
The page shows “Etsy module coming soon”?#
The module is in testing and not enabled for your server yet. Your other features aren't affected.
What does “Testing phase full” mean?#
During testing, only a few shops may be connected via Etsy login. You can still follow a shop publicly.
Why are orders no longer posted?#
Etsy ended the access (expired or revoked). Connect the shop again.
“Connection aborted” – what now?#
The connection process is valid for 10 minutes. Start Connect with Etsy again and finish it with the same Discord account.
What happens when I disconnect?#
The shop is disconnected from this server. Stored access keys and all post settings for the shop are deleted right away.
