Templates and shared flows

Start from a ready-made template or copy a shared flow from another server by its ID.

You don't have to start from scratch: yurna comes with ready-made templates, and flows can be shared between servers.

Templates#

Under Dashboard → Automations → Flows you'll find Start from a template. Clicking Insert creates the flow in your dashboard language. You can adjust everything afterwards.

Templates marked Quick setup still need a role or channel from you. They start disabled; when you save, the editor shows what's missing. Templates with a command create a /flow command and need a free slot in your plan for it.

Sharing a flow#

  1. Open the flow in the editor.
  2. Under Sharing, turn on Allow sharing.
  3. Click Copy flow ID and pass the ID on.

Your channels and roles are not included. The editor also shows how often the flow has been copied. If you turn sharing off again, nobody can fetch it from another server with the ID any more.

Importing a shared flow#

  1. In the flow list, click Import by ID.
  2. Paste the Flow ID and click Preview. You'll see which server the flow comes from and how many blocks it has.
  3. Click Copy to this server.
  4. The copy starts disabled. Blocks marked Please choose need your own channels, roles, messages or server emojis – these were cleared during copying.
  5. Check everything, click Looks good on each marked block and enable the flow.

If the /flow command name is already taken on your server, give the copy its own name afterwards.

Premium#

Importing and inserting only work if your plan has room: the flow can't have more blocks than your plan allows per flow (Half Moon 25, Full Moon 100). There are no flows on the New Moon plan.

Common problems#

  • “No flow with this ID – or it isn't shared”: Allow sharing is off on the original server, or the ID is incomplete.
  • “There is no room for more flows on this server”: Delete or disable a flow, or move to a bigger plan.
