The dashboard at a glance

Signing in, picking a server, the sidebar, the overview and “Modules & commands” – find your way around the dashboard.

SetupDashboard

You configure almost everything about yurna in the dashboard at https://yurna.info/dashboard. You sign in with your Discord account – there's no separate password.

Getting in#

  1. Open https://yurna.info and sign in with Discord.
  2. You land on Choose a server. It lists every server where you have Manage Server – servers with yurna at the top (Manage), servers without it below (Add yurna).
  3. Use the search field to find a server by name or ID; the With yurna and Without yurna filters narrow the list down.
  4. Click a server. You land on its Overview at /dashboard/<server>.

The sidebar#

At the top of the sidebar, the server switcher moves you between your servers. Below it, Overview and Modules & commands are always shown, followed by the areas as collapsible groups:

GroupPages
SupportTickets
CommunityWelcome & goodbye, Verification, Join & rules, Reaction roles, Join-to-Create, Announcements
EngagementLeaderboard, Milestones, Card designer, Reputation, Invites, Starboard, Suggestions, Giveaways
ModerationAutomod, Case files, Shield, Server log, Event logs
AutomationsGame Deals, Flows, Pokémon bot (only when unlocked)
InsightsStatistics, Change log
ServerSettings, Premium, Bot profile

A coloured dot next to an entry shows the module status: on, incomplete or off. Entries with a premium badge need a plan; the page then shows what the plan unlocks. At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find Help & docs and the keyboard shortcuts. On smaller screens, open the sidebar with the menu icon in the header.

The overview#

A server's overview sums up what matters: key figures for the last 7 or 30 days (members, messages, active tickets), an activity chart, a Setup checklist with open steps, waiting tickets, the latest dashboard changes, the leaderboard and the status of every module.

Modules & commands#

Modules & commands (/dashboard/<server>/modules) has two tabs:

  • Modules shows every area as a tile with its status. Use the filters at the top to narrow it down by group; a click opens the module.
  • Commands lists all slash commands by category. Here you switch whole categories or single commands on or off for your server.

Search and jump#

Press Ctrl + K (Mac: ⌘ + K) or use the search field at the top. It jumps to pages and, from two characters on, also finds tickets, members, warnings and commands.

Settings#

Under Server → Settings you set the Default Embed Color, see under Dashboard Access which roles can open the dashboard, turn on the Public Dashboard (a public page at /server/<name> with the name, member count, leaderboard and emojis) and download or delete your server data.

Note

Every change you make in the dashboard is recorded with person and time in the Change log under Insights.
