Server settings: colour, language, public page
Embed colour, bot language, dashboard access, public dashboard and server data – on the web or with /server in Discord.
In Settings you decide how yurna appears on your server: in which colour and language, whether your server has a public page and who can open the dashboard. With /server you can do all of it right in Discord – plus modules, bot profile, channel banners, short links and flows.
You'll find the page under Dashboard → Server & plan → Settings (/dashboard/<server>/settings). It has three tabs: General, Roles & permissions and Export & import.
In the dashboard#
In the General tab:
- Default Embed Color: pick the colour of the embeds yurna sends. The preview shows it right away. Embeds from other bots don't change.
- Bot language: click a language – it applies right away to everything yurna writes to everyone on the server. See Language.
- Dashboard Access: shows which roles can open the dashboard (everyone with "Manage Server" or "Administrator"). You can only change that in Discord.
- Public Dashboard: turn on your server's public page. It shows name and description, member count, leaderboard, emojis and stickers – no statistics, settings, moderation or logs. Under Vanity URL you give it its own name (letters and numbers only, up to 20 characters).
- Export & import: takes you to the tab of the same name. There you download data, create a yurna backup or take over levels from other bots.
- Delete server data: files a deletion request. The operator reviews it; only then is anything deleted. Until then you can withdraw it.
The Roles & permissions tab shows what every role may do – see Permissions: who can do what?.

Common questions#
Why can't someone from my team see the dashboard?#
Only people with "Manage Server" or "Administrator" can open it. Give their role that permission in Discord.
Does the embed colour also change my welcome message?#
Only if no own colour is set there. A module's own colour wins.
Is the public dashboard safe?#
It only shows name, description, member count, leaderboard, emojis and stickers. Settings, moderation and logs stay private.
Is my data deleted when I remove yurna?#
No. For that you need a deletion request under Delete server data.
