Server design: emojis, stickers, sounds, images and invites
Manage emojis, stickers, soundboard, server icon, banner, invites and yurna short links in one place – also via /emoji, /server appearance, /server invite and /server shortlink.
Server design is where you look after everything that presents your server: emojis, stickers, sounds, server icon and banner, invites and your own short links such as yurna.info/i/myserver. It's more comfortable than in Discord, for example with several emojis at once.
You'll find the page under Dashboard → Server & plan → Server design (/dashboard/<server>/server-design).
In the dashboard#
The page has five tabs:
Emojis#
- Click Choose file or drag an image in (up to 8 MB). Several files or a ZIP at once work from Half Moon.
- Enter a Name (2–32 characters: letters, digits, underscore).
- Optional: Crop round, Remove background (Half Moon and up) and Only for these roles.
- Save. yurna shrinks images that are too large to what Discord requires.
Under Server emojis you can rename emojis, restrict them to roles or delete them.
Stickers#
Upload an image (up to 8 MB) and enter a Name, a Tag emoji and a Description. An APNG with 320 × 320 stays animated; animated GIFs are uploaded as GIF stickers.
Soundboard#
Upload an MP3 or OGG (up to 512 KB, at most 5.2 seconds) and choose a Name, optionally an Emoji and the Volume. In the list you can play, edit and delete sounds.
Appearance#
Here you set the Server icon, Server banner (boost level 2 and up), Invite background (boost level 1 and up) and the Discovery background (only for listed servers). Without a plan yurna crops the image in the centre; from Half Moon you choose the section and zoom yourself.
Invites#
- Custom Discord address (vanity URL): shows your discord.gg address. Only the server owner can set it in Discord.
- yurna short links: Click Create short link. Enter a Name, choose an Invite (or let yurna create a new one) and the Channel for new invites. With Replace an invalid invite with a new one automatically the link always keeps working. Every short link counts its clicks.
- Create invite: channel, Expires after, Max uses and optionally Temporary membership.
- Server invites: all active invites with creator, uses and expiry.
Note
yurna needs the Create Expressions and Manage Expressions permissions (emojis, stickers, sounds) and Manage Server (images and invites). If something is missing, the page tells you at the top.

/emoji needs "Manage Server" and "Manage Expressions"; /server appearance, /server invite and /server shortlink need "Manage Server". yurna needs the same permissions as in the dashboard; if one is missing, the reply says which. Without the right boost level, yurna tells you up front which level the banner or invite background needs. Several files or a ZIP at once and a custom crop only work in the dashboard.
Common questions#
Why can't I set a server banner?#
Discord only unlocks the server banner from boost level 2, the invite background from level 1.
My short link name is taken.#
Short link names apply to all servers – first come, first served. Pick another name.
Why isn't my emoji animated?#
Upload a GIF file. Your server also needs free animated emoji slots in Discord.
What happens when I remove a short link?#
yurna.info/i/<name> stops redirecting and the name becomes free again. The Discord invite stays.
