Redeeming premium codes

How to redeem a premium code for your server and check with /premium what's unlocked.

Besides subscriptions there are premium codes – for example as a prize or a thank-you. A code looks like this: YURNA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. You redeem it for one specific server, and it only applies there.

Types of codes#

  • Plan codes unlock Half Moon or Full Moon – either without an end date or for a fixed number of days from redemption.
  • Feature codes unlock a single feature, for example flows. When flows are unlocked by code, the Half Moon limits apply to them.

Each code can only be redeemed once.

How to redeem a code#

  1. Open the server in the dashboard and go to Server → Premium (/dashboard/<server>/premium).
  2. Scroll down to Redeem a premium code.
  3. Enter the code exactly as you received it and click Redeem.
  4. A message confirms which plan or feature is now unlocked for the server.

Tip

The search is even quicker: press Ctrl + K (Mac: ⌘ + K) in the dashboard and paste the code. The search offers Redeem code right away for the server you have open.

Checking the status#

At the top of the Premium page you can see which plan your server runs on, how long it's valid and where it came from (e.g. “via code”). In Discord, /premium shows the server's unlocked premium features.

Note

/premium shows features by their technical names, such as flows, but not the plan's name. Codes can only be redeemed in the dashboard, not with a command.

Common problems#

  • “We don't know this code”: Check the spelling – ideally copy and paste the code, including capital letters and hyphens.
  • “This code has already been redeemed”: Every code works only once – even if the server data was deleted later.
  • “This server has a running Stripe subscription”: A plan code would replace the subscription. Cancel it first via Manage subscription, then redeem the code.
