Terms of Service – Summary

These terms cover the Discord bot “yurna”, its web dashboard and paid Premium subscriptions. yurna is a privately run hobby project by Blackzack; the operator's details are in the Imprint.

The service

The bot brings moderation, tickets, XP and economy, giveaways, statistics and more to Discord servers. The basic plan (Neumond) is free; extended functions and higher quotas belong to Premium. The operator aims for high availability but does not guarantee it – maintenance or Discord outages can interrupt the service.

Using yurna

You need a Discord account, and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply as well. Only people with the “Manage Server” permission may invite and configure the bot; they inform their members about its use. Premium may only be ordered by adults or with a guardian's consent.

Not allowed

Using the bot or dashboard for unlawful purposes, harassment, spam or raids, distributing illegal content, disrupting the service (mass requests, quota circumvention, attacks) or impersonating the operator or others. Violations can lead to removal of content and temporary or permanent blocks.

Premium

• Plans: Halbmond (€3.99/month or €39.99/year) and Vollmond (€6.99/month or €69.99/year); prices are final prices in euros and apply per server.
• The contract is concluded when the subscription is activated after checkout at Stripe; the contract language is German.
• Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time to the end of the current period – via the Stripe customer portal in the dashboard or by email. See Cancellation.
• Price changes are announced at least six weeks in advance and only apply from the next period.
• Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, see Withdrawal.

TikTok feature

• The TikTok feature is only available to servers with active Premium (Halbmond or Vollmond, including the trial period or after redeeming a Premium code for Halbmond or Vollmond). Server owners and managers connect their own TikTok account and upload clips that yurna creates from templates (e.g. server introduction, monthly recap, event) to the TikTok app as a draft, or post them directly. • You are solely responsible for the content of your clips and captions and for the settings you choose. For a direct post you choose visibility, interactions (comments, Duet, Stitch) and commercial content disclosure yourself and expressly confirm every post; no visibility is preset. A draft is finished in the TikTok app by you.
• TikTok's Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy also apply.
• yurna is an independent service; it is not affiliated with TikTok and is not endorsed by TikTok.
• The scope of the feature depends on TikTok: TikTok may change its interfaces and their limits (e.g. the number of possible posts per day), and until TikTok has reviewed and approved yurna's app, posts can only be published with the visibility “Only me”. There is no entitlement to a successful upload or publication.

Data

How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Data is deleted on request after confirmation; removing the bot does not delete anything automatically.

Liability and final provisions

Unlimited liability applies for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health; otherwise liability is limited as described in the German terms. German law applies (excluding the CISG); mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
